Take a code name off the leaderboard
Players, parents, guardians and teachers can ask us to remove a code name at any time. All we need is the code name itself. You do not have to give a real name or an email address, and you do not have to prove who you are. We remove the entry within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
You can also email support@ciphertainment.com with the code name, and players can remove their own entry from inside the game.
